Return Policy

We have a customer friendly 7 day’s return & exchange policy:
Refunds will be issued only via same medium as employed while ordering a product.

Cancellation Policy:

  • If unfortunately you have to cancel an order please log into your account and click on "cancel order" option against the order number that you want to cancel.

  • Kindly cancel your order before it is shipped. If you do that we will refund you the entire amount.

Refund:

  • Refund would be processed within 7 days after the product is received back to our warehouse and a quality verification is performed by our team.

  • Refund will be credited to the same source of payment from which payment was received.

  • In case of any discrepancies regarding receipt of refund amount, Comprro may request for additional information such as bank statement or any other relevant document.

  • If you have made the payment as cash on delivery, you will be asked to provide us with your bank account details and the refund amount will be credited to the bank account details provided by you. Comprro shall not be liable to you in case incorrect bank account details have been provided by you.

Return Policy:

  • If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please email us at support@comprro.com mentioning your Order ID.

  • We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. 

  • If you do not like the product, you will have to raise a return request from your account. There is Return / Exchange option available to choose from and we will arrange for the pickup from your doorstep.

  • Return request will not be accepted through any other medium like email, Facebook / Instagram chat or phone call.

  • When you return the product to the courier guy, it is mandatory to take a receipt (physical or through message). In case of lost shipment we will need the proof of return by you.

Exchange Policy:

  • You have to raise an exchange request within 7 days of receiving the product. You can log in to your account to complete this process. There is an exchange option available and we will arrange for the pickup from your doorstep.

  • Once we have it with us, we will ship the replacement product to you within 5-7 working days. Please note COMPRRO will arrange for the pickup from your door step

  • Return or exchange of the exchanged product is not possible.

  • No discount will be given on exchange orders.

Miscellaneous 

  • Please note that all the customer claims and requests for return/refund shall be subject to Comprro’s satisfaction.

  • Comprro reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to amend, change, modify, add or remove any portion of this policy at any time without any prior written notice to you. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically for any updates/ changes.
