Refund policy

  • Refund would be processed within 7 days after the product is received back to our warehouse and a quality verification is performed by our team.
  • Refund will be credited to the same source of payment from which payment was received.
  • In case of any discrepancies regarding receipt of refund amount, Comprro may request for additional information such as bank statement or any other relevant document.
  • If you have made the payment as cash on delivery, you will be asked to provide us with your bank account details and the refund amount will be credited to the bank account details provided by you. Comprro shall not be liable to you in case incorrect bank account details have been provided by you.

Delivery:

  • Comprro is dedicated to ensuring quick and safe delivery of your item anywhere in the country. We have tied up with the top courier services in the country to provide the same.
  • We have Cash on Delivery available.
  • We always tend to ship the order at the earliest. Although it can take up to 7-10 days to reach you.
  • The time taken is also subjective to natural calamities, if any.
  • Once your product is shipped, we’ll provide you with tracking information. You can directly interact with the courier company website for tracking purposes.
  • In case of misplacement of your package, the courier company will be solely responsible.

Return Policy:

  • If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please email us at support@comprro.com, mentioning your Order ID.
  • We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. 
  • If you do not like the product, you will have to raise a return request from your account. There is a Return / Exchange option available to choose from, and we will arrange for the pickup from your doorstep
  • Return requests will not be accepted through any other medium like email, Facebook / Instagram chat, or phone call.
  • When you return the product to the courier guy, it is mandatory to take a receipt (physical or through message). In case of a lost shipment, we will need proof of return by you.
