We always tend to ship the order at the earliest. Although it can take up to 7-10 days to reach you.
The time taken is also subjective to natural calamities, if any.
Once your product is shipped, we’ll provide you with tracking information. You can directly interact with the courier company website for tracking purposes.
In case of misplacement of your package, the courier company will be solely responsible.
If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please email us at email@example.com, mentioning your Order ID.
We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost.
If you do not like the product, you will have to raise a return request from your account. There is a Return / Exchange option available to choose from, and we will arrange for the pickup from your doorstep
Return requests will not be accepted through any other medium like email, Facebook / Instagram chat, or phone call.
When you return the product to the courier guy, it is mandatory to take a receipt (physical or through message). In case of a lost shipment, we will need proof of return by you.
